Last week I started a 6 weeks to a 6-pack program, and I've decided to post how I did the previous week to keep me accountable and maybe even to inspire a few others. Swimsuit seasons is coming, and I want a 6-pack, dang it!

Erin and I are reconsidering the 30 day shred. *Sigh...it will make us sore.
ReplyDeleteI'm planning on starting the 30 Day Shred at about 6 weeks postpartum (whenever that might be). I'll have to lose a lot of weight to get to where anyone can see my abs. :) I'm hoping that I can make more progress on losing baby weight between babies this time around. I also know that I'm going to need a lot of energy and get-up-and-go to chase two kids under two.
